If you already have a data warehouse, you can connect it to Definite and query it directly. This is ideal for teams that manage their own data infrastructure and want to use Definite for analysis, dashboards, and automation on top of their existing data.
Don’t have a data warehouse? No problem. Definite includes a managed data lake that you can populate by extracting data from 500+ sources.

IP Whitelisting

If your database has IP address or networking security, you’ll need to whitelist Definite’s IP addresses. See the IP whitelisting guide for step-by-step instructions for AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, and BigQuery.

Set Up the Integration

In the left sidebar, click on Settings Integrations, then select your database type:

Snowflake

Postgres

Redshift

BigQuery

S3

Primary Data Source

After adding a database integration, you can set it as your team’s primary data source. The primary data source is used as the default for new queries and the Slackbot.
