Prerequisite: Getting your Airtable Personal Access Token

In order to allow Definite to retrieve data from your Airtable account, we’ll need to create and get a Personal Access Token.

Log into your Airtable account.

Click the name icon located in the upper-left corner of the home screen to get to the Developer hub.

Under Developers > Personal access tokens, click Create token.

After assigning a token name and selecting scopes and access level, click Create token.

You should see this page where you can copy your Personal Access Token value.

Definite instructions

Go to this link to add an integration. Search for our Airtable extractor and click it to get to the creation form.

Add a name for your integration and the Personal Access Token from the section above.

Finish by clicking Save. Definite should automatically take you back to the integrations page where you can see your new Airtable integration.
